I am very lost right now. I just don’t what to do with myself or my life. This causes me a lot of trouble because everyone always asks me what my plan is and I feel like I need to know! I also like to know so I can take action towards is! At the moment, I’m just floating around!

Feeling Lost
I know how you feel! I’ve been there, I’ve felt it! And that’s what I love so much about these posts. I can share my experience and advice with you on things we are all going through. Each one of us in their special way but we all have to deal with those things so we can learn from each other.
First of all I want you to know that it is okay to feel lost, we all do it from time to time. Especially when there’s a lot of changes in our life. It is okay to not have it all figured out all the time. It will all fall into Place.
I hear you feel pressured by everyone asking you what the plan is, I get that! The outside world can be very demanding! But take the time for yourself to find out what it ks that you want to do. Just tell them you’re currently finding yourself or you’re still deciding. You can also say to them you can’t tell them yet because it’s in the making and you don’t want to jinx it. There’s many things you can say to people to put the off for now. This will give you the space and time to think about what you really want to do without getting pressured into anything you don’t want to do.
For the finding, out part it is very important to give yourself space, to not try too hard do come up with an answer but rather listen inside and let the answer one go you. You can do this through simply journaling about your feelings, noting all the ideas that come to mind. Once you feel you have enough ideas go over them slowly and pay attention to how the idea makes you feel! If it excites you it’s worthy colouring further. Also, it can be worth revisiting your values and asking yourself what really matters in life. This can too give you a hint on where to go from here. Lastly just know that sometimes those things take some time. I know it’s a very uncomfortable place to be in but it will pass. You will find clarity and a new path in life. Trust me!
For the last part I get that you want to take action, especially when you deep down inside of you know already what you want to do but you’re too scared yet to make the final decision. Then we can very easily get this restlessness and frustration over not knowing where to go because in truth we do know we are just to scared to choose to go down this path! But let me tell you there is nothing to be afraid of. If it helps do a pro and con list, but I encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and experience what happens. To make this easier, ask yourself: What is the worst thing that could happen?
If this is reversible which it is 99% of the time or if it’s very unlikely then go and do it! You’ve got nothing to lose only to win!
Once you made the decision you will also be able to take action towards it and you will feel so much more relieved.
