In 2023 I hit the income milestones I had been chasing, and my body gave out underneath them.
So in 2024 I stopped selling for a full year, and rebuilt from my nervous system rather than my strategy.
I came back in 2025 with fewer offers, three posts a week, and my DMs open one day a week.
2024 is the year I walk women through now.
I have lived every phase of it.
