Even though we are all unique and what makes us happy and the way we want to live our lives is different, I know that we all face the same struggles from time to time when it comes to becoming the best version of ourselves, being happy, achieving our goals, living healthy and making our dreams come true. We all get lost, we all fail and make mistakes, we are all unmotivated or uninspired from time to time. We get unproductive, have limiting beliefs, fears and doubts. We worry, we put ourselves down, we get sad, we get hurt, we lose, we win, we struggle…
Over the last decade of striving for personal improvements, ways to make my dreams come true and becoming a healthier and happier person I have collected quite a lot of knowledge and experience. I know what you are going though because I have been there. I know what you feel because I felt it. I know what you think because I thought it.
My biggest why is to inspire people, to help them and give back to them in any way I can. So I want to share my knowledge and experience with you and thus help you move forward. So I created “Dear Tara” a series where everyone can anonymously submit their questions and struggles concerning all things health, happiness, achieving your goals and living your dream life. I will answer them on a weekly or monthly basis in video or written form providing you with the best and most personal advice I can!
Besides sharing my knowledge and wisdom on all the areas that contribute to designing your DreamLife, I also want to bring my DreamLife solutions closer to you. Those are all the practices and tools I use to master my mind, nurture my soul, achieve my goals and design life according to my means. Over the past 6 years I have studied happiness and all that contributes to having a better experience of life and I have come across a few tested and proven ways that help you to deal with all sorts of struggles. In this section I introduce you to them, teach you how they work and show you how you can implement them into your life. We will discuss: Coaching, EFT (emotional freedom technique), Affirmations, Meditation & guided Imagery, Journaling, Nutrition and Exercise, Personal Branding, Traveling and Surfing and much more.
Inspiring and motivating people has been my passion for many years now, and my favourite thing in the world is seeing others move past their struggles and make their dreams come true and help them grow into who they are truly meant to be.
I’m here to lead people to live a happier, more intentional and balanced life by showing them the beauty and potential that is within everything and all around them.
