Goals are what helps us get closer to those dreams and to enhance the transformation we need to overcome what is holding us back.

We need goal setting to make an actionable strategy to not only dream but make those dreams come true.

Goal setting is not just outlining and planning your dreams but it is also taking action, managing your time and getting productive by establishing good habits and routines as well as setting boundaries and priorities that step by step bring you closer to where you want to be in life.

There are two kind of goals every one of us must set. The dreamlines, the ones that help you achieve, and the resolution tasks, the ones that help you overcome your struggles and limiting beliefs.

Despite what most people think, goal setting doesn’t have to be complicated, time consuming or overwhelming. It doesn’t even have to take away your spontaneity if that’s what you need in life.

Goal setting appears in many different forms and colours and there is a very fun approach to including it into your life and using to generate momentum towards your dream life.
