Too often we stand in our own way of achieving our goals, happiness and making the changes we need to make in order to live the life and career we want. Lack of self-worth and perfectionism are holding us back from living up to our potential and achieving what we desire. So if that is you, do yourself the favour and let go.
I used to hate myself for how I looked, I would put so much pressure on myself to be better, to change, to work hard and be different, that I forgot to be kind and show myself compassion. Every time I did something wrong I would beat myself up and I had a hard time forgiving. I held on to the past and hold on to the negative. Every time something triggered those past experiences, limiting beliefs would get in my way of achieving my goals and being happy. They would manifest in the form of bad life choice, fears, doubts and frustration.
And if the daily scarcity wasn’t enough, my lack of self-worth lead me into an abusive relationship and to a mental and physical burnout.
Though I turned the corner. Eventually I woke up and realised I needed to HEAL from what needed healing. I let go of past experiences that made me feel inadequate, not loved or worthy and finally saw my own value beyond the external achievements. Fast forward to now:
I finally found peace with my body and the way I look. I could let go of my past relationship and forgive myself. I was able to let go of my perfectionism and give myself permission to take breaks. I overcame my fear of not being successful and trust in the unfolding of my journey. I let go of my insecurities and doubts about my abilities and hold space for myself. I accept myself for who I am and trust in my abilities.

Healing is a conscious choice we need to make. We need to face those shadows and grow through the limitations.
Throughout my healing journey (which continues to this day) I acquired and developed insights and strategies that helped me go from totally insecure about my worth to shining from the inside out. One of those methods, that helped me so incredibly much was EFT. EFT is short for Emotional Freedom Technique and is a practice that helps us go deep into the subconscious mind. The Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a therapeutic concept from the field of “energetic psychology” and represents a method to relief and treatment of stress and mental health by stimulating meridian pathways. It is based on the mind-body connection that is responsible for the thoughts and emotions we have.
Through applying EFT with strategic goal setting and traditional coaching we are able to move beyond your current paradigm and introduce change within your mind and yourself.
Like acupuncture EFT focuses on renewing the energy flow in your body that is responsible for the emotions and thoughts you experience every day. It helps to reprogram your subconscious to come up with more empowering, positive thoughts instead of the old, limiting beliefs it used to produce. It is an awesome method to gain insight and awareness around the underlying issue that causes you distress or unhappiness. And it is a wonderful way to release pent up emotion and welcome healing into your mind and your body.
The homework and action steps given after each session help you to recap and deepen the changes that we made within the session and provide you with even more healing.
We assess your reality, set goals and define a foundation for what we need to tap on in the following sessions.
For the next 2-3 sessions we will work on tapping into your subconscious mind and pent up emotions and let go of all that no longer serves you.
Once we have released the limitations it’s time to replace them with the beliefs and thought patterns that do serve you.
In the final session we help you define goals and action steps to more forward with your new gained confidence and create a new reality for yourself.
